In these Terms and Conditions, also on the website and in any materials or content related to this website; we use the following definitions:

IISRI® provides you with:

• Security and privacy ratings of your organisation and of your suppliers
• Security and privacy rating reports, underpinning the rating
• Other security and privacy professional services, including audits

Any organization can request IISRI® to assess and issue an internal rating to their services or/and their organization. IISRI®, at sole discretion may or may not proceed with your request for an internal rating service. External rating services can be performed through our CyberRank platform and are governed by these Terms and Conditions and the End user platform agreement.

You agree to follow this Forbidden Use Policy. You will not:

• Use or attempt to use any website mining tools, mirroring tools, and take a copy of any information and or materials from the website.
• Obtain or access, attempt to obtain or access through any means any information or content of the website that has not been made intentionally publicly available in any meaning; test the security of any of IISRI® servers, infrastructure, networks applications and the website without written permission of IISRI ltd.
• Interfere or attempt to interfere with the website by excessive load, traffic or requests reverse engineer rating framework as this may indirectly lead to the actionable confidence breach and put the public and their information at risk.

IISRI® aims to provide an opinion as accurately as possible but also in an objective manner. We encourage the assessed organizations and the public to review and clarify any inaccuracies in our statements, ie reports, news and other content on our website. If you, as the assessed organization, or other stakeholder think you have found inaccuracy or omissions in our statements please send your request to contact@iisri.com.

The complaint process is available for all other type of requests. Please send your complaint to contact@iisri.com or use our contact form.

If the Complaints or Corrections relate to the external cyber security and privacy ratings the response should be provided through our reporting function in CyberRank.ai.

IISRI® RATINGS ARE STATEMENTS OF OPINION EXPRESSED BY SECURITY EXPERTS OR PROVIDED THROUGH AUTOMATION. ANYONE CAN BUILD HIS RATING FRAMEWORK OR AUTOMATION TOOLING, WHICH MAY LEAD TO DIFFERENT OPINIONS. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR SECURITY OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVISER. WHEN USING IISRI® SERVICES, INCLDING AUTOMATED ASSESSMENTS, TO ASSESS OTHER ORGANISATIONS SUCH AS YOUR VENDORS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR OBTAINING PROPER CONSENT FROM THESE ORGANISATIONS IF REQUIRED BY LAW.
